Adobe Kuler
Dont know how I missed this piece of functionality in CS4&5 but Kuler is a very nice tool for color palette creation, right inside of any CS app.

Wasting time?
I have been using this plugin for chrome to stay more focused and not waste time online, pretty cool how it works and have not been on Facebook since I installed it (well in the developer site quite a bit) but other than that - is working great for me.
